The goods

Ironclad Fit Fitness Ltd. sells strength and conditioning equipment, resistance training accessories, performance apparel, fitness electronics (such as activity trackers and heart-rate monitors) and sports nutrition products (including protein powders and electrolyte formulations) intended for general fitness and daily wellbeing routines. Each product page spells out what's included, the quantity, and the form it comes in. Photos are there to give you an idea; actual packaging might look slightly different.

Ordering and contract

Your order is placed the moment checkout finishes. We confirm it by email, but the contract only forms once we dispatch the goods. If stock runs dry or we can't verify your details, we may refuse the order and refund whatever you paid.

Prices and payment

Prices show in GBP and include VAT where it applies. Delivery cost appears at checkout before you pay anything. Accepted ways to pay: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Spot an obvious pricing mistake before dispatch? We'll fix it and ask you to confirm or cancel.

Delivery

Delivery choices, timing, and cost all live on the Delivery & Payment page. Once the goods change hands, the risk shifts to you.

Product images and colours

Every product photo shows the actual gear we ship. That said, your screen's calibration, your browser, even the lighting in the room can shift how a color reads; small shade differences aren't a defect and won't qualify for a free return or compensation on their own. Size, materials, and contents are all listed on the product page itself.

Transfer of risk

The gear stays our responsibility until the courier places it in your hands, or in the hands of whoever you named at the delivery address. From that point, loss or damage risk is yours. Spot visible transport damage? Flag it with the courier on the spot and let us know within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can send goods back within 30 days of delivery, following the steps on the Returns page. All goods supplied by Ironclad Fit Fitness Ltd. are covered by the statutory rights set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, meaning goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory durability. Fitness electronics additionally carry a 24-month manufacturer warranty against defects in material or workmanship, and strength equipment carries a 12-month structural warranty from the date of delivery, excluding damage from misuse, overload beyond rated capacity, or normal wear of grips and padding.

• Customised or personalised items, including engraved or made-to-order equipment
• Sports nutrition products with a limited shelf-life once opened or past their best-before date
• Unsealed sports nutrition tubs, sachets, or opened personal hygiene and compression apparel for bio-safety and hygiene reasons
• Equipment bundles where components have been inseparably assembled or fitted after delivery
• Digital training programmes, app access codes, or downloadable content once unsealed or activated by the consumer

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law of England and Wales, Ironclad Fit Fitness Ltd.'s total liability arising from any order is limited to £100 or the total value of the order placed, whichever is higher, except for liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Nothing here limits liability that the law says can't be limited.

Age and use

You need to be at least 18 to order from us. Use the products as described on the label; they're not a stand-in for medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in Scotland or Northern Ireland. If we can't resolve a disagreement by talking it through, the matter moves to the competent court at our registered business address, though this never limits the consumer rights you hold where you live.
