We handle personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and whatever other rules apply in United Kingdom. If this policy and the law ever disagree, the law wins.

What we collect

Placing an order means sharing what we need to get it to you: name, delivery address, email, phone, and what's in the cart. We don't collect or hold card details on this site, full stop. Just browsing? The site logs basic technical data, like IP address, browser type, pages viewed, through the cookies explained below.

Who else sees this data

Couriers get your delivery details, nothing more. The payment provider gets what it needs to process payment. Hosting and analytics partners handle data on our behalf, under contract. We don't sell personal data, period.

Ironclad Fit Fitness Ltd. does not sell personal data to any third party. As a United Kingdom-based retailer, we process personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 rather than the CCPA/CPRA, which applies only to businesses operating in the United States.

How long we hold onto it

Order data stays as long as accounting law requires, then it's deleted. Account data sticks around until you close the account. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing activities. Ironclad Fit Fitness Ltd. does not collect, process or store any bank card or payment card data of any kind, because all orders are settled exclusively by Cash on Delivery paid directly to the courier, or by Direct Bank Transfer using account details provided with the order confirmation. No payment gateway integration exists on this storefront.
