Materials & Build Behind Every Piece
A plain breakdown of what goes into our bands, mats and handles, and why each part is there.
| Ingredient | What it does | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Natural Rubber Core | Gives resistance bands a smooth, consistent pull that doesn't crack or peel after weeks of daily stretching. | Sourced from small rubber producers and checked for even thickness before cutting. |
| Aircraft-Grade 6061 Aluminium | Used in handles, clips and adjustable fittings so they stay rigid under repeated pulling instead of bending out of shape. | CNC-machined in small batches rather than stamped from thin sheet metal. |
| High-Density EVA Foam | Cushions knees and hands during floor work and keeps its shape after months of regular mat use. | Closed-cell foam chosen because it resists soaking up sweat and moisture. |
Sourcing
We source from certified mills and workshops that document where every batch of material comes from. Certificates are kept on file for every production run.
Testing
Each batch is tested for strength and stitching quality before it leaves the workshop floor. Anything that falls short of spec never makes it into the warehouse.
Labelling
The tag lists every material by share of the blend, with any skin-sensitive components called out. What's printed on the tag is exactly what's in your hands.
Material and construction details describe what the product is made of. This is not fitness or medical advice; check with a professional before starting a new routine if you have a condition.
