Place your order before 11:00 on a business day and it ships that same day. Order after the cut-off, or on a weekend or public holiday, and it goes out the next business day instead. Either way, a confirmation email with your order number lands in your inbox the moment you check out.
Free weights, resistance equipment and metal accessories are wrapped in anti-crush corrugated inserts and padded impact packaging to prevent shifting in transit. Sports nutrition tubs and sachets are shipped with tamper-evident blister or bottle seals intact, apparel items are sealed in moisture-resistant polybags, and any fitness electronics are placed in anti-static, shock-absorbent foam trays inside a reinforced outer carton.
Once your order is dispatched, an automated tracking number is generated and sent to you by email and, where a mobile number is provided, by SMS. You may monitor transit status directly through the carrier's tracking portal at any point before delivery.
If tracking sits still for 5 business days with no update, write to [email protected] with your order number. We open a trace with the courier, then either send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, within 10 business days of your claim.
Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged item immediately upon receipt before disposing of any packaging materials. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photographs attached. Our team will assess the claim and arrange either a free replacement or a full refund, including return courier collection where applicable, at no cost to you.
We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We will never ask for card or online-banking details over email or phone.
We deliver to a set list of countries. Checkout shows the exact cost and timing for your address before you pay anything. If a customs duty applies on your side, that charge lands on you, not us.
