What are your resistance bands and mats actually made from?
Our bands are natural rubber, our handles and clips are CNC-machined aircraft-grade aluminium, and our mats use high-density EVA foam. We list the exact material on every product page, there are no unnamed 'premium blends'.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 11:00 on a business day are usually dispatched the same day from our Edinburgh unit. Exact delivery timing for your area is shown on our delivery page at checkout.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Get in touch with our team first and we'll talk you through the simple return process.

Every item ships directly from our own Edinburgh unit rather than a third-party marketplace reseller, so what you order is exactly what we tested and packed ourselves.
