What Actually Gets Checked
Before any batch of bands, mats or handles leaves our unit, someone on our small team physically pulls, flexes and inspects a sample from that run. We're not a lab, we're a workshop, and the checks reflect that, practical and hands-on rather than paperwork-driven.
What We Look At On Each Batch
Rubber thickness is checked against our usual range, aluminium fittings are tested for play or looseness, and stitched webbing is pulled to check the seams hold.
- Quality check: thickness, stitching and fitting tightness on a sample from each batch.
- Traceability: we know which workshop and run each batch of rubber or aluminium came from.
Why This Matters for Daily Use
A band that's a fraction thinner than it should be, or a clip with slightly loose tolerance, won't fail on day one, it fails three months in during a normal session. Catching that at our end before dispatch means fewer surprises at yours.
